Agreement

These terms cover your use of brainrot3d.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. BrainRot3D is run by Internet Pierce, and questions go to hello@brainrot3d.com.

What BrainRot3D is

BrainRot3D is a free field guide to internet memes, with a lexicon of meme words and a journal about 3D printing, memes, and science. The field guide is satire: its scientific names, conservation statuses, and field notes are invented on purpose, so read them as jokes, not facts. Definitions, articles, and print guides are written to be accurate, cite their sources, and get corrected when they’re wrong. Print tips are practical advice, not guarantees, so test before you start a long print.

Sponsored content

Some placements are paid for by sponsors. Every one is labeled “Sponsored.” Sponsors pay for space, never for an opinion: they don’t review or approve what we write about their products, and we don’t take sponsors whose products we wouldn’t use.

We host no files

Every download link opens a search on another site, such as Yeggi, Giphy, Tenor, MyInstants, or Know Your Meme. We don’t host, sell, or control the models, images, GIFs, stickers, or sounds you find there. Each file carries a license set by its creator, and you are responsible for following it, especially before you sell a print.

Characters and trademarks

The characters and memes described here belong to their creators and rights holders. We use their names to identify them and to comment on and parody them. BrainRot3D is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them, or by the sites we link to.

Our content

The BrainRot3D name, logo, site design, and original writing belong to Internet Pierce. You’re welcome to share links and quote short passages with credit. Please don’t copy the site as a whole.

Copyright and takedown requests

If you own something referenced here and want it changed or removed, email hello@brainrot3d.com with the page address, what you own, and how to reach you. We read every request and act on valid ones promptly.

Other sites and 3D printing

Linked sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we aren’t responsible for their content, files, or safety. Download from sources you trust. 3D printers involve heat and moving parts, so follow your printer maker’s safety guidance.

Using the site

Don’t try to disrupt the site, get into systems you aren’t allowed to reach, or scrape it hard enough to slow it down for others.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, BrainRot3D and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from your use of the site or of any site it links to.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. Using the site after an update means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.

BrainRot3D

BrainRot3D hosts no files. Every link opens a search on another site, and every download there carries its own license, so check it before you sell a print. Characters belong to the people who made them. We are not affiliated with Yeggi, Giphy, Tenor, MyInstants, or Know Your Meme.

Scientific names are invented. So are the animals. Field notes are approximate, and specimens migrate.
